2023 ITU-R Emmy Award
| 2023 Emmy Award ITU has won the 2023 Engineering, Science and Technology Emmy Award for its Recommendation ITU-R BT.2100 on High-Dynamic-Range Television or HDR-TV. The Recommendation provides international specifications and standards that have enabled HDR-TV to become widely available and enhanced viewers visual experience through significantly fuller, richer, and more realistic images. The Recommendation has been developed by the ITU Radiocommunication Sector Study Group 6.
